We had a wonderful experience at LensCrafters today! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and we truly appreciated the pleasant and welcoming atmosphere in the store. A special shoutout to Stephanie, who assisted us throughout the visit. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right frames and lens options. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decision -- no pressure at all. Her professionalism and friendly approach made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. It's always refreshing to receive such attentive customer service. Highly recommend this location -- thank you again, Stephanie, for your excellent help!

From the moment I walked into LensCrafters at Arden, I was greeted with a hello and a friendly and welcoming smile. I had a great eye appointment with the doctor that was both informative and supportive. Andre and Shandra were the best! They helped me decide which frames to pick and let me know which frames looked best on my face.They were patient, kind, helpful and made the experience fun! They deserve a raise. I highly recommend this location when choosing where to go to get new glasses. I'm so happy that I chose Lenscrafters to help me start 2026 off right!

I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters recently The team lead Stephanie was such a helping hand and provided with me with excellent customer service. It was almost as if I was catching up with a long time friend while renewing my prescription glasses! I initially didn't think I'd be able to get an eye exam day of, but she was able to find a time slot same-day that worked around my schedule, and I was able to walk out with a new pair. Definitely recommend!

Dr. Searby took the time to answer all of our questions and clearly explained everything about eye health and the exam process. I really appreciated how thorough and welcoming everyone was. Andre and the team were the best! They worked with me to get what I needed at an affordable cost. Vision in my left eye had gone blurry and Dr. Arie Wong was able to dial in the Rx and get lenses and glasses that worked with my astigmatism. Andre was great. He didn't try to push a sale on me, but found things that worked with my needs. Also, communication was excellent among team members. I had old frames that had a high probability of cracking with new lenses. They waited on cutting until they got the green light. Overall, a good experience and I highly recommend!:)

I was greeted and had the pleasure of meeting Chris who was great but my previous experience was with Shandra and I wanted her experience first hand. I was not rushed. I was well aware of the pricing. I was aware of options. Shandra helped not just myself but my husband too. We are very thankful. Let me not forget about Dr. Wong she was beyond amazing!!! Explained so much to me. I appreciated that.

I was treated so unbelievably rude and I tried so hard to be nice to Chandra the manager. Omg! I went in there specifically to buy a pair of meta glasses had already been on LensCrafters.com I knew what the prices were before I even walked into the store. First my boyfriend tried to ask her a question and she ignored him and walked away. I wanted to try the glasses on one more time and check out the headphones, The display was not working and I could not hear the headphones, she walked over and rudely said, you need to follow the prompts as (I was following the prompts). Then she realized it was disconnected. The glasses were all dirty, they had not been cleaned after probably multiple people had tried them on which kind of freaked me out. So then I sit down with the lady Chandra, and I tried to explain to her some of the options that I had picked out online as I was trying to look at my phone and pull up the glasses that I had had in my cart she kept rudely cutting me off and talking over me. I got the vibe that she just didn't want my business and after quoting me $200 more than what was on the website I realized she definitely didn't want my business!! I thanked her and told her that I was going to think about it. Then she rudely snatched the glasses up and walked away. I will never set foot into this LensCrafters again. Btw I bought exactly what I wanted online from a different company $200 less than Chandra's "quote".

Andre was the most knowledge, helpful, accommodating, and charismatic salesperson I've ever had the pleasure of being assisted by. I highly recommend asking for Andre the next time you are in the market for new glasses- he'll be sure you leave feeling excited about your eyeware and confident in your glasses and lens choices! As you can see in the photo, he made my frames were an absolute perfect fit!!!
