I made an appointment for a vision check with Dr. Nguyen, the appointment was 8 weeks from the time that I called in. I called in to verify my appointment time, on the day of the appointment. I was informed that the appointment had been canceled by the clinician. There was no call, no message, no email to me about the appointment cancellation. I scheduled time off of work, and waited 8 weeks for nothing.
