Worst and nastiest optometry out there. Gross negligence is one of their biggest flaws. Unprofessional and overall ridiculous. I can't wait until they go out of business- they deserve it lol.

I came in to get my eye exam for glasses and I knew something wasn't right when they told me my eye prescription was doubled from what I normally wear. It went along with what they told me and since then then my eyes are far worse than ever. I went from -2.75 and -2.5 to -4.0 and a little worse in my other eye. I can't see as well as I could before my last recent eye exam and I know the prescription is the problem. Never had headaches or eye irritation using glasses until I received this last pair of glasses

It was a pleasant visit, the surrounding was nice and the provider and the staff are amazing and friendly. This was my first visit. I definitely will be coming back .

Not sure why I went back. My family has used them a couple of times with mediocre service and dirty office. Today I went to a scheduled appointment and they had CANCELLED IT-- no text, phone call or email. So frustrated I took time off work for no appointment when they could have easily notified me. Never again.

Been wearing glasses for 23 years. Never have I had a more pleasant experience. Super nice staff. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes for the exam. It was the first time I never felt nervous if the prescription was going to come out right. Thank you guys so much! You have a patient for life

I so regret to spend my money in this store. They serve a poor quality product and charge a high price. When the product has problems, they don't want to take their responsibility. I bought a black frame glasses from the Bradshaw Optometry which made me very disappointed! I found a missing paint spot on the frame then I took it back to the store. The lady in the front desk took my glasses to the back for one minute then came back telling me she fixed it. I checked it and touched the surface gently with my finger. It was funny that I could rub the paint off easily! It means that she just used a black pen to paint over the spot to cover it. So it didn't work. Then she took it to the back again for a few minutes. She came out and let me check again. This time I found she used something like finger nail polish to cover the spot. It was not a match to my glasses frame at all as the material she used was more shining than the original paint on my frame. I touched the surface. It was oily as well. Even more ridiculous was that I used my nail to rub the surface and it could be rubbed away as well! For the way how she fixed my frame I don't know if she felt embarrassed! She said she will send the glasses back and get me a new better one. I waited about 2 weeks and I got the new glasses. After wearing them for about 2 months, the paint on the frame wore away. I was very unhappy and went back to the store. Then the same lady repeated the same solution by sending it back to get me another one again. A few weeks later I got the new glasses. It happened the same thing again after I wore only 3 months. I was more angry this time and I came back to the store. The same lady said they can't change it for me anymore. If I want a new one I would have to pay for it. I said I'm not satisfied with their product, I don't want to get another one. It will have the same problem again. I want my money back. She said she let me changed two times, that's their limit. They couldn't get me a new one or give me a refund. It seems to me that they are very sneaky people! Why? Because when they changed the second time for me, they didn't tell me that was the last chance I could get something different or get my money back, and were not clear about the guarantee if I have the same problems again what they will do. I so regret spending money in this store. I'm sharing my case here to let more people know how they do business. I definitely would never go there again and also not recommend any of my friends to go there ever too!
