Great doctor, amazing staff. The office is beautiful, clean and well maintained. They have state-of-the-art equipment and I am so happy to have found this place. My experience was seamless. My prescription is perfect and I love my glasses. I highly recommend Dr Louie.

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience. My daughter ordered a new pair of glasses in February 2025, and the frame broke in June 2025 -- just four months later. The frame is made of titanium, a material known for its strength and durability, so this was especially surprising and concerning. When I brought the glasses back, I was told they are still under warranty, but I would still have to pay a $15 processing fee. I have been a loyal customer of your office for over 10 years, and this experience has left me extremely frustrated. Charging a fee under warranty for what appears to be a defect in a premium material frame doesn't reflect the level of service I've come to expect. Unfortunately, this has led me to the decision that it's time for my entire family to move our care to a different provider. This message is not just a complaint, but also a heads-up: when long-time clients no longer feel valued, it's time to revisit how your policies are being applied.

After moving out of the bay area, I was looking to establish my Optometrist which is when I ran into Clarity Optometry. It's small business but very professional and you feel like they have all the time to take care of you. I wasn't expecting Dr. Christopher to sit with me and help me get used to my contact lenses. Their communication (level of details) over email is impressive on explaining my benefits and help shipping the test contact lenses to save myself a trip. Overall, I felt like I found a clinic that I wouldn't want to change for the foreseeable future. Thanks you, Dr. Christopher and the team :)

I have been seeing Dr Kwong for several years. She is very kind and patient. Now I have been with Dr Louie for 2 years, he is great too. Very patient and thorough. There is lots of frame to choose and they have good testing equipment too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Helen Kwong for perhaps 15 years or more. I recently met the new Dr. Louie. He was also amazing. They are proficient with reminder calls. Every time I've called during business hours, someone answers. I've never had to chase them down with a bunch of voice mail messages. The entire front desk staff is always professional yet approachable. Kitty is by far my favorite. From the moment I step into the door, someone is already greeting me and offering assistance. The office is a quiet and comfortable environment with a very nice array of frames to choose from.
