Amazing loved it! Dr. Chau found an eye disease that no one found until I came to her. She gave great service, and the front desk is great too! This happened two years ago but all the negative reviews compelled me to post a review. Just a reminder that all doctor's office and appointments require patience. Not entitlement.

Dr. Chau and her entire staff are the BEST around! She doesn't rush me, she listens to all my concerns and has great suggestions. Also, I enjoyed being given options for add-on services, without pressure to upgrade.
I also wanted to add that while I was waiting Dr. Chau peaked out to say hello and checked on me. She remembered my name from a prior visit. Awesome customer service!! I highly recommend.

Kemille (Receptionist) and Dr. Chau (Optometrist) were both very friendly, helpful, and professional during my walk-in visit for an eye exam on Tuesday, May 16th. Kemille had me fill out some paperwork and sit down for a couple of tests, and then Dr. Chau performed a very thorough eye exam, which I highly recommend. I left with an accurate eyeglass prescription, a deeper knowledge about the health of my eyes, and feeling very good about my experience at this Costco Vision Center. I definitely plan to return.

I've been getting glasses here for more than 10 years. My most recent prescription has been unsatisfactory. After three returns to the new lab they are using, I still do not see as well as with an older identical prescription. the anti-glare coating is also a problem requiring frequent cleaning of glasses. I plan to return my glasses and go to an independent optician. Sorry, Costco. You need a new lab and a different anti-glare product.

Good price but under staffed, took forever for a service, even for picking up when the glasses is ready, you still have to take a number and wait for all other people buying their glasses. So ridiculous. Waited so much time.

Avoid this place. They lost my chart, and want me to pay 60 bucks for another eye exam, when I want is a copy of my.prescription to order contacts. My husband and I did exams on the same day. We have our bank statement showing we paid for two eye exams. This place is a joke.
