I've been coming for years. Due to proximity to my home. Both Dr. are excellent and patient with children and answers questions. The women at the front are terrible. I did not catch her name but she is the typical staff at the front. Such an attitude and unkind manner when she speaks. She is short and passive aggressive. When I press or ask insurance questions she is rude until proven wrong. Not sure how there are not more negative reviews of her treatment towards others. Again, both Drs. are great. She is just consistently rude.

I recently visited DKF Optometry and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I have been a loyal customer for several years, even after moving away, but this visit left much to be desired. While Dr. Fong was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, the overall service from the staff was lacking. I arrived for my 11:30 appointment a full 10 minutes early but ended up waiting until 12:00 without any updates on the delay. The front desk staff didn't acknowledge the wait, which felt dismissive. Once I was called in, the second staff member who conducted preliminary tests was not only unwelcoming but also quite brusque. When she told me to wash my hands, it felt more like a reprimand than a request, which was uncomfortable. During the eye test, she bumped the table while I was in the visor, leading to a disorienting moment. She did apologize, but a bit more care would have gone a long way. After my exam with Dr. Fong, the same staff member helped me choose glasses but seemed more focused on getting me out the door than providing assistance. Despite purchasing a nice pair of glasses, I felt rushed and unvalued as a customer. In hindsight, I should have just walked away without making a purchase. To top it off, as Dr. Fong was wrapping up our conversation, the second staff member stood at the door, essentially signaling that my time was up. When I inquired about my receipt, she casually mentioned she'd texted it to me. Dr. Fong then pointed out that it was lunchtime, which only added to the rushed atmosphere. In the future, it would be helpful to schedule appointments farther away from lunch or ensure that customers aren't kept waiting for over 30 minutes. Next time, I'll likely choose a closer option. I typically don't write reviews, but this experience genuinely left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope DKF can address these issues to improve their customer service.

Nice place and excellent staff! I went here because it was within walking distance from my house and it works with the insurance I have. I was very pleased! The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Dr. Fong was very nice, professional, and took all the time needed for my visit. I wasn't rushed or made to feel ignorant. They had many options for glasses including very inexpensive ones and my glasses were ready in less than a week. Over-all it was a great experience and I would recommend this office to anybody!

I absolutely hate going to the doctor for anything, optometry included. However, wearing glasses makes it a necessity. My first visit to this office left a solidly positive impression on me. Dr. Fong is personable and efficient, and clearly loves his profession. The office is small and parking is tight but I had no problem for an 11:00 appointment. Everything is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. I highly recommend this office for your optometry needs.

Dr. Fong was great. His administrative assistant is very nice and welcoming. The Doctor himself was very personable and professional. He gets things going and is easy to talk to. They seem to be keeping up with the latest technology on eye scans and have a nice selection of frames. Highly recommend it here.

I really wanted to write a good review because doctor fong was super nice and helpful the first time I visited in 2020. I went to get new glasses. However, after receiving them, they weren't clear and I contacted the office with the problem. The front desk people insisted that I try it for a week to adjust. When I finally went back because it wasn't any better, turns out the prescription on the glasses were wrong. Took me a lot of headache and a whole month to finally get my correct glasses. When I go in to get my glasses adjusted, the person made me feel crazy for thinking they are uneven, and overall they didn't seem like they wanted to help me. They sounded annoyed and I am bothering them. Every time I call, the front desk is really rude and overall I just hate the experience calling and going there. Will not be returning.

This guy goes the extra mile to make sure that my family's eyes are taken care of with the most modern imaging and testing equipment available. I have been seeing ophthalmologists my entire life and dr. Fong's practice is by far the most thorough and comprehensive I have ever experienced.
