Fortunately, I saw that UC, Davis' Professor Jeffrey Caspar, Director of their Residency Program, had received excellent reviews, and I have since also received excellent treatment from Dr. Caspar and his very helpful staff. Dr. Caspar has terrific doctor-patient communications skills, and I found him to be professionally very meticulous, caring, and competent. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Caspar.

lol Dr Casper did my my eyes and under 10 minutes. one I was a minute four seconds.. the other eye one minute 14 seconds . 15 years later and this is the result he is the best doctor for this type of surgery trust me.. call me
