I was looking for a new provider. Saw good reviews so I called the office number at 1:15pm on Friday, 1/23/25 and got an automated service. I requested to speak to an agent or representative. System put me on hold for 5 mins and then told me to leave a voicemail. As a new patient looking for a quality and comfortable place to get my eyes exam and new glasses, I want to feel that I matter. If an office can't even pick up the phone to talk to a potential customer, it says alot about how they treat their patients. If you have questions about anything later, you probably cant get a hold of someone. This is a hard no for me and doesn't make me feel like wasting my time with the office. You never get a second chance to make a first impression.

They have a really nice building and the staff are great too.
The doctor took her time and made sure to get my prescription exactly right along with explaining different things to me without making me feel rushed

Dr Salazar should retire. We had 3 appointments for punctual stenosis and on each time we went and called they said we have no appointment. We received daily text notifications about arriving on time and reminders. It is the most bizarre experience ever. Today, I was told by the assistant we dont have an appointment and right away another assistance had to correct him and inform him we do. We then went in the exam office and Dr Salazar said how can I help you. We told her we were scheduled for the stenosis and she replied we don't do that here. I have to refer you out, she says there was a communication breakdown. Folks, something is not right with this unacceptable business

It's been almost 3 months and I STILL haven't gotten my glasses. I've called them many times. The first time, I was told that somebody forgot to send the prescription in. The 3 or 4 times after, the automated system said that they were on their way. The last time I was told that there was a mistake at the lab. Once I was told that they had no way to contact the lab that makes the glasses. What? How do you communicate with them? Almost three months, yet they want me to write a review about my experience. Welp, here's your review. Also, I bought a pair of glasses from Zenni a week and a half ago and they are already shipped.

I appreciate the technician's suggestions regarding different frame lengths and sizes for a more comfortable fit. However, I believe that more careful wording could have fostered a more productive conversation. After our appointment, I returned home feeling disappointed because I had expected a positive experience in replacing my broken frames. I was really looking forward to this visit and had high hopes for a fresh start with my prescription glasses. I'm determined that my next appointment will be more fulfilling and in line with my expectations!
