Prior customer. Moved on after realizing how much better the customer service is elsewhere. These guys don't even answer the phone, return voicemails, or answer emails. Okay docs: Sutter providers...but no incentive to help patients with any urgency at all. (Frankly an AI bot would be more helpful and proactive than the humans working the front desk). Key challenges: no response to emails or voicemails. Never answers phone. Thanks for reading.

Absolutely no words to describe Dr. Chun's exceptional quality of care and heartwarming enthusiasm. Not sure why front desk is receiving negative feedback however they are just doing their job and it should not be a reflection of the doctor's capabilities.

I was referred to this office by my insurance plan. Dr. Chun is great... I had multiple concerns and he addressed them all in a thorough, competent manner. He is also very funny and has great bedside manner. Highly recommend him. Thank you!

Rude front office, wasted half my day getting to an appointment they booked at the wrong time. Avoid Manisha if you can, and best to call ahead to verify appointment.

I scheduled my mother an appointment at this office. When we got to the appointment which was scheduled for 11:30am, the lady at the front desk named Tamira stated she would have to reschedule because the appointment was at 11am. Being that the appointment was on my Birthday, I was sure to remember the appointment time. Tamira's attitude was very rude and disrespectful, to the point that I got up to speak because of the way she was speaking to my mother. You should not work in this field with an attitude like that. There is no reason to ever speak to a patient with that type of disrespect. Especially speaking to an elder. Because of this, my mother will not be going back to this office.

Called for my follow-up appointment and was told they no longer accept VSP??? An optometrist office that no longer accepts vision insurance. Wow!
