Dr. Jacob Brubaker was very professional, friendly, and intelligent. He made my experience very smooth, I came in nervous but he put my mind at ease! He was very informational, so it helped me understand the procedure. I really appreciate the help from the staff and his office for making me feel so comfortable. And Emily was wonderful and kind. They're great about procedures, but follow up appointments are never on time. I have had to wait nearly an hour past my scheduled appointment time each time.

I immediately saw brilliant color and by the next day I could see superbly! 1st cataract surg was done by another dr & Dr Brubaker did my other eye. What a HUGE difference! My 1st cataract surg was a traumatic experience for me. How I wish Dr Brubaker could have done my 1st! No pain and I could immediately see better. He is very reassuring & calming! When I get there the staff takes care of me immediately I never have to wait very long and the doctors as well as all the medical staff make me feel very safe and secure in that their concern for me is foremost in their mind. Unfortunately because of my personal routine I have often this appointments. They don't make me feel bad about it they simply reschedule me as quickly as they can. I have no desire to consider changing doctors or facilities. I've had one operation on one eye it was very successful and I eagerly wait when I told I can have the second operation on my other eye.
