Bought 2 pairs of glasses costing over $700. Sales person was rude and impatient and wouldn't listen to my concerns about the fit. Needless to say the first pair to come in were wrong and had to be refitted and sent out again. When the second pair came in they were also wrong. The gentleman that did the refit was very good and took care to be sure they were correct. They still aren't clear, so I suspect it is the lab they are using in Richmond. I had the same problem with other glasses sent to that lab. Because I was out of the state, I was unable to go back within the time frame for remaking them. Now I'm stuck with $700 worth of glasses that I can't use.

I paid over $500 just for my lenses. The staff did not properly adjust the frames for me. The eyeglasses are twisted, affecting my vision. The technicians said that they cannot do anything about it.
This place has all bells and whistles but in a very friendly and polite way the technicians provided me with no service.

Great service. I have a really powerful prescription with bi -focal that requires it to be lined up just right. William is a absolute God send as he knows all about the business and fixed my vision seeing the incorrect lining up from my previous glasses. He is a must see.

Went for eye exam n was treated like dirt. 1st thing was told I had covid, when I don't. 2nd was told that I'd been there before for eye exam, which I haven't. 3rd was putting tape right under my eyes to hold mask in place for eye exam. 4th was lifting the bottom of mask up a hair just to get air n she freaked out. Insulting, disrespected n not happy with the glasses either.

I was so disappointed with the emergency care I received!! Patients were herded like a cattle call! I love Kaiser. But the care I experienced last night in Roseville, was the worst ever!!! The staff was do unprofessional and my confidentiality was compromised!!
