Came in today to use my warranty and replace my lense as seen in the pictures and got my glasses returned to me like this. When I was called in to get them I tried them on and they were stretched out that they would slide off my face when I looked down. As a truck driver I would notice a crack or any issue with my glasses since they are my only pair and I cannot legally drive without them. When I removed them to take a closer look I noticed a crack on my frame which was never there before. As seen in the pictures it looks like the lense was pushed from the inside in the process of replacing the lense causing the crack. When I told the employee that they broke them they told me they noticed the crack when I brought them in which was false and continued to tell me that it broke because the frame was old. I bought them in June of 2025. If the crack was there they would have called me and asked to pay the small co-pay for a new frame or talk with me about the situation which is another reason I know the crack was not there. They offered to get me a frame for free which I agreed on since I did not hand my glasses in with a crack. And what doesn't make any sense since "I" broke them why would they replace them for me for free. Now I have to deal with a broken and loose pair of glasses. Untill the new frame comes in.
I am writing to share my exceptional experience at your Sacramento location and to specifically commend Joaquin for his outstanding service. While I do not typically leave comments for businesses, the level of professionalism and care Joaquin provided truly deserves recognition.
Last year, I purchased a pair of Meta Ray-Ban glasses that recently became defective within the warranty period. After navigating a difficult and strictly online return process with the manufacturer, I was directed to your location to facilitate the replacement.
From my initial phone call, Joaquin understood my frustration and the inconvenience of the situation. When I arrived at the store, he efficiently handled the warranty information and created a profile for me. Although my exact frame and model were not immediately in stock--which would have required a second trip to Sacramento and more time off work--Joaquin went above and beyond. He took the time to search his inventory and found a suitable replacement on-site, allowing me to resolve the issue in a single visit. He even handled the lens swap into the new frames personally.
Because of Joaquin's commitment to customer satisfaction, I have decided to switch my future eyewear needs to this LensCrafters location. I have already scheduled an appointment with your optometrist to obtain a new prescription for a future purchase.

Dr. Saliha Haq, Brianna, and Joaquin are amazing!! My fiance hasn't needed glasses until now and they were all so accommodating and patient with us. Brianna went above and beyond for us, checking to see if they had lenses in house that matched my fiance's prescription AND provided us with a bigger discount than our insurance. Joaquin was able to put the lenses in our chosen frames within 20 minutes? I didn't even check the time because he was that quick. Overall the best experience and we'll definitely be back because of Dr. Haq, Brianna, and Joaquin!
Thank you so much at lensecrafters in delta shores. I accidentally broke the string that was holding the lenses of my glasses. When I went to their location, I've immediately got help with great customer service they took my glasses in, said it would be a few minutes. When I got back to their store I was really surprised they did not charge me a single cent and said they do complementary cleaning and adjusting. Ive never done business with them, but I'm for sure returning for new pair of frames, unfortunately I was on my lunch break I could not take a look at their selection which it looked like they were over 200 styles . Once again I'm really thankful with them!
Im visiting from Manchester England in the united kingdom . I took a fall and bent the arm on my designer glasses, whilevisiting in SacramentoCalifornia. I needed the arm to be bent back. I stopped in Lends crafters, in Delta Shors.
Robert came out to help me he was extremely professional and helpful. He explained the disclaimer I was ok with taking full responsibility. He was able to fix my glasses by bending the arm to a proper fit.
I appreciate his willingness and his professionalism.

I'm extremely disappointed with our experience at LensCrafters. The pricing felt outrageously inflated compared to other optometrists in the area. My husband and sister both left feeling pressured and overcharged. As an example, they were quoted nearly $500 for a single pair of basic reading glasses.
After feeling uncomfortable with the pricing, they decided to shop around. At another reputable optometrist, they were able to purchase THREE pairs of readers -- similar brand and comparable quality -- for just $76 total. That's an enormous price difference, well over 200%.
The experience left us feeling like the pricing was excessive and not transparent. It's frustrating to see such a drastic markup for what should be straightforward, affordable eyewear. We definitely won't be returning and would strongly encourage others to compare prices before committing.

I want to express my concern. Location owner provided a link to express my concern. I completed it and have not received a call or response. What's the purpose of the link?
Me and my partner Ray and I are from out of town and he accidentally closed his glasses in the hood of a car and they were twisted, wires broke and both lenses were out of the frame. So we went to Lens Crafters at Delta shores and when we walked in we were greeted by an angel named Natalie. Natalie stared at the crushed pile of frame and lenses he placed in her hand and she sat the pile down, looked at it and said she would be back. When Natalie returned the glasses were repaired and looked as if they were never even broken. We were amazed, shocked, in disbelief and excited all at the same time. God bless Natalie for her professionalism and expertise. She did a wonderful job and Ray was glad she was there in his time of need. Natalie should be up for Employee of the year.
Bought some RayBans shades from LensCrafters long ago and never wore it due to being visually impaired and never bought prescriptions. I came in today hoping to get my shades adjusted because it was uneven/lopsided. I was assisted by a rude larger lady with darker hair who sat me down and said could assist me with adjusting my glasses to my face mentioning that if things go wrong they are not liable for it which I was okay with. I asked her what the process and steps of how getting my shades adjusted works, but she kept repeating saying "by adjusting it" when I wanted a more descriptive explanation, but she kept repeating the samething and gave me attitude then she said "by bending it" therefore I didn't trust her with it. Would definitely not come back she was rude and PMO don't know how you get a job there when it's all customer service and non-highly traffic pressure.
Since she probably might see this mind as well give the company a time stamp too if they have cameras.
