This is an in-depth review of this office. Starting with the scheduling process, the call took a reasonable wait time expected of typical medical services. On the day of my appointment I was quickly signed in and after turning in my paperwork, the rest of the process including the wait, eye exam, and results took 18 minutes. That was just my experience. The doctor who attended me was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. However, there is one thing that led me to remove a star and that was that this office uses positive cylinder values for prescriptions, which is the opposite of most optometrists. This changes all the values drastically and if you're not aware of this, it might seem like your prescription changed dramatically. I actually went back to the office thinking my prescription was wrong but it actually only needed to be transposed into negative cylinder values. If this confuses you, that's to be expected. I had to research this to figure it out. That being said, I would suggest that this office lets their patients know that their equipment reads in positive cylinder values. Or maybe give patients both positive and negative cylinder transpositions. At the very least, I would've liked the doctor to explain this to me. Will all things considered I'd give this office a 4.5/5.

Just awful. The staff is very unprofessional and impolite. The prescription made wrong, for me and my wife as well, in inappropriate way, so we can't wear our glasses. This place just abuses the medical. We filed this information to our insurance provider as well

I went to them because my insurance sent me here. When I first called I thought it would be a smooth experience because the woman who booked my appointment was pleasant and helpful in getting me a quick appointment. I informed her during our conversation that I worked 6 days a week 10 hour shifts so I would have to call off for this appointment. When we got there my daughter had her exam and I thought right after she would be able to chose her glasses. That WAS NOT THE CASE! I was told that we would have to make ANOTHER appointment for her to chose her glasses. Which frustrated me because I would have to take off AGAIN and this wasn't told to me when making the appointment. When I expressed my frustration no one in the office was apologetic they just asked if I still wanted to schedule an appointment. Trying to use my insurance I made another appointment for her. When we came back the selection was TERRIBLE. Very small selection and they all looked the same. When I requested to look at more and pay the difference she told me it wasn't allowed with insurance. I told her I would just go to Stanton Optical and she stated she tells people not to go to Walmart or Stanton because they lie! After I was deceived by her company TWICE!! I would not recommend. I have gone to Stanton Optical twice before but only went here to use insurance but NEVER AGAIN!!! I would rather pay out of pocket!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this eye clinic. I scheduled an appointment in advance, received confirmation, and took time out of my day to show up only to be told there was no appointment available for me. No explanation, just a complete disregard for my time.

Do not use this place. Ask for a different optometrist. Do not go here.

Not a long wait time. Fabulous doctor. Thorough. Examination, listened to my questions, very patient, heard me when I explained that bifocals were not safe for me to use, no arguments. Great clinic. Would recommend it highly.

Brought my grandmother to her appointment which was at 11:30a.m she barely got taken to the back for her exam it is now 1:15. Laura Rogers came in did the eye exam took about 15 minutes then she put some drops in her eyes had her wait another 25 minutes before returning. We are now leaving and it's 2pm. Although she was professional and knowledgeable I would suggest better time management. Your patients time should also be respected valued. Thank you respectfully

Laura Rogers is by far the WORST optometrist I have ever had. She gets annoyed at patients and completely ignores what you have to say ( like perhaps disclosing past vision issues) and is generally unpleasant to be around. If you look even just short of decrepit she will speak to you in a condescending tone and assert you know nothing about the glasses you wear and how they're definitely not working. Also she failed to mentioned she wouldn't write a prescription for contacts after the front desk already shook me down for money!!!!!!! Going to no optometrist would probably yield a better result that going to see Laura.
