I appreciated these ladies especially the older lady me and her are both going through the change and getting older sucks but its nice to have someone understand and help me also nice to come into a place with a doctor that speaks English no offense but I cant handle going into a place and they don't speak English or its super broken

Unprofessional office staff that is rude and not very helpful. I called and asked to make an appointment to pick out a pair of glasses. I already had a prescription on file with them since I've been going there for a while now. I called a couple of weeks ago and I was advised by the receptionist that no appointment is needed if I am coming in to pick out a pair of glasses. Appointments are only needed for an eye exam. Two weeks later I went in to pick out some glasses which I already knew which ones I was going to pick out. They were going to be a basic pair of Ray Ban Sunglasses. The receptionist stated they were unable to help me because I didn't have an appointment. I explained I called two weeks before and I was told no appointment was needed. She then got up and walked to the back room to ask if anyone answered my question two weeks ago over the phone. After asking she walks out and says in a rude manner "no one answered your call nor told you that information and that I didn't need an appointment." I pulled up my call log and verified when the call was received because she stated I must of called the wrong office. This will be the last time I deal with this office. This isn't the first time I had to deal with their rude staff. The doctor is great but the staff he puts in that off is absolutely horrible. You would think that if I already had my glasses picked out, all they had to do was ring me up. There was no other patients in the office at the time and literally both of the staff members were just sitting there. This place lost 4 patients today due to there lack of customer service. Like I said this isn't the first time I dealt with the staff attitudes. I use to refer people to this office but now I will be advising people to stay clear of this office.

I Had a issue with the frames of my glasses frames breaking. I called the office to check on when I had bought them and it had been 1 1/2 years prior. The staff was very friendly and said that they would send them back for a warranty replacement, even though warranty had run out. I went in the next day to have them sent back to the manufacturer, and explained to the receptionist that I needed the glasses for driving. She promptly went to the display section and found the same frames on the display rack and replaced my lenses into the frames so that I would not be without glasses. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Excellent customer service and Dr. Lewis is a very personable and knowledgeable Dr.

I have been coming here for many years and I have tolerated the unprofessional office staff because I like Dr Lewis so much. He is a fabulous Doctor. However, my last visit (in Dec 2017) was the last straw. His new office assistant is even worse than the previous ones (the new receptionist at the desk was nice, so I'm referring to the new lady who assisted with my fitting.) 1. I requested to have the glasses mailed to me because I was busy working on emergency coordination for the fires and their hours suck so I couldn't get in to get my glasses which I needed. 2. They refused to mail them to me without charging me a fee. 3. They are not the right prescription and they are way too strong and give me a headache so I continue wearing old glasses. I didn't even go back and order the right ones because of the inconvenience ... instead, I selected another Optometrist for my family and I. Sorry Dr. Lewis, but your staff is awful and your policies need revisited.

My dad just had an appointment, and Dr. Lewis is amazing, but his helpers sure ain't. Not being racist, but just to clarify since I don't know her name, but a white woman with long blonde curly hair is soooo rude. My dad was nothing, but nice, and when she "helped" him with the paperwork for his glasses, she seemed like she had an attitude. 1) she throws down the glasses, not sets them down. 2) when my dad asks for clarification for something, she responds in a useless way that barely answers his question AND in an attitude. She should not be in customer service because she gets an F. I was sitting on the sideline getting furious. How would she like to be treated like that? Would anyone wanna come back? Dr. Lewis needs to hire new staff.

I haven't had any issues at all since I started coming here. I understand that business are closed due to Covid-19 but it would have been nice to have some sort of contact with someone. The email that is on their website doesn't work, no voicemail or a way to get a return call. I'm disappointed that it feels like they could care less of their patients. I was just trying to get a copy of my prescription for contacts but I can't even do that.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mike's for almost 30 years. He is wonderful and throrough with his exams. His current staff is the best. I would recommend him for your eye care needs.

My wife (who is Japanese) brought back frames for adjustment, and staff, 2 women, became angry with her. They denied they had given her the wrong frames, although she showed them their paperwork. They didn't adjust the glasses, didn't check their fit, and insisted she make an appointment with Dr. Lewis. She will not be going back or ever recommend such a rude office.
