NVISION Eye Centers - Sacramento Midtown

This is the third time they canceled my appointment with very last minute notice. Very unprofessional and the representative in the front counter is not very helpful in informing patients appointments needs. Refills that promised were never processed to my local pharmacy. Also, the nurse need to be more professional when working with senior with eye issues and with minority.NOT recommend this place for anyone.

The service and quality of care at NVISION Eye Center Sacramento is always above and beyond at every level. Dr Andrews was wonderful doing my cataract surgery. I was extremely happy with the entire process. Dr Emily Huang, OD is absolutely amazing. She is personable, caring and an advocate for the health and well being of your eyes. I highly recommend NVISION Eye Center for the care of your eyes!

Great experience here with a kind and sincere staff. I sought a second opinion here at NVISION for LASIK after another opinion from a different eye care group. In short, Dr. Andrews is amazing at what he does and I could not have asked for a better experience. After LASIK, I already feel that it was the best decision I've made in a long time and I trust that the aftercare with NVISION will be just as excellent. Please do your research, ask questions, and do what is best for you when seeking out any type of big altering procedures like LASIK but I would trust NVISION and Dr. Andrews.

I originally went to california lasik & eye & had really bad customer service with the staff & owners. I looked up nvision & saw the good reviews. I made an appointment & had a great experience with the staff. I had one small hiccup & Anthony did everything in his power to make it right. Anthony & dr. Andrews went above & beyond to resolve the small hiccup & made me feel comfortable through the process. Not only did he provide great customer service he was very helpful & available to answer all my questions. Dr. Hyunh was absolutely great as well as Dr. Andrew's. All 3 of them made my surgery & process great. Not only was NVISION cheaper they had great bedside manners, customer service, integrity, & morals. I'm beyond happy with my surgey & staff interactions. I've already recommended them to many of my friends. Thanks so much I'm happy it didn't work out with california lasik & eye & I was able to get my surgery through NVISION. 10/10 with service & staff. Thanks again.

Ya know, after a few more visits here I do have to say that I've changed my opinion about this center. I do really enjoy Dr. Andrews and feel like he did a great job with my Lasik and follow up. They're better about telling you if there is a longer wait now as well. Old Review: they consistently don't see me until 30-45 minutes after my appointment time. At that point why even go there at my appointment time. They also don't seem to communicate with each other or document properly. I'm constantly getting calls about setting up preops when I've already done so, multiple calls about my insurance and payment that I've already answered.

I have been looking forward to getting LASIK eye surgery for a very long time and finally decided to do it. My optometrist recommended Nvision, so I decided to give them a call and make an appointment. When I arrived, I noticed a well kept office and they had great customer service. All my Apts went smoothly thanks to the staff there. Big shout out to Bianca and Fabiola! They did an excellent job of telling me how the procedure works. Dr Andrews was great as well! I was extremely nervous about the procedure, but it went exactly as he said it would. The best part about this is I can see!
