Everytime time I come here I end up waiting forever !! Get here before my appointment time, checked in, also checked in online and it shows 12:20. I go up at 12:45 and ask about my appointment time, they say you have a 12:50! I slide my phone over with my text messages from them that shows two appointments one at 12:20 and one at 12:50. Then the girl helps me but drops attitude with me. Listen it's not my fault you guys can't seem to communicate. I finally get in for my eye exam, Dr tells me to check in with the desk and the receptionist says , she was supposed to dilate you! I said we wanted photos of my eye like I scheduled.. I'm sitting here again waiting for my app that was scheduled at 12:20... So annoyed, and irritated right now !!!

I've been going here to see my ophthalmologist and for some eye procedures for several years now. Staff is always friendly and helpful and accommodating to my schedule. Dr. Li is great too, a little quirky but in an awesome kind of way! Best of all I totally trust him with whatever he tells me about my eyes. You can't beat that: a really good doctor- and with a nice fun assistant too.

I switched to kaiser because I enjoy their pediatric center for my 2 year old, but their optometry center is all over the place, I called, was placed on hold & never got a response. While I'm trying to call back no one answers 4 plus times. I will be talking to someone about their horrible phone service, very disappointed in their phone service.
