Overall, everything was great. Friendly, professional, and the Doctor took time to answer several of my questions. I deducted one star due to the initial missunderstanding of the cost. I understood the cost to me would be $0 and the insurance would cover the rest. I later learned my cost was $39.00.

Will never be going to another LensCrafters store. My visit was amazing. The girls at the register were all kind and professional. Felt more than welcomed. You couldn't have a more pleasant experience. Doctor Ishmael is great! Gulie is very patient and allow me the opportunity go through the whole showroom and try on as many glasses as I wanted until I found the pair that was just right for me. The negative about this location is the length of time it takes to get contacts in. In my case an error happened by not providing a certain Necessary details on the specialty prescription. Therefore an extremely delayed delivery. It allegedly was supposed to take 2 weeks 2 weeks turned into 3 weeks now we're at 4 weeks. With the error being caught at the 4tth week, I'm still another month out before getting them. But I do appreciate Allison ordering me additional trial pairs that should come faster and so that I'm able to use them. The rating is based on the horrible contact experience.

The doctor was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful, taking the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. I really appreciated her attention to detail, particularly when she double-checked my son's eye exam to ensure accuracy. She also confirmed that the dilation of our eyes was free of charge before proceeding, which I found thoughtful. The entire staff was kind, helpful, and especially patient with my 9-year-old. Thank you for providing such a positive experience, as always!
