QUAD OPTOMETRY

I went to the location inside of the Natomas Costco and the team was wonderful! Dippi was so helpful with the check-in process and getting everything set up for the visit and Dr. Nakata was wonderful and took some extra time talking to me about the images they took at my apt. Highly recommend

Great service and doctor! The office is located in the Costco and the team was amazing! Very friendly and flexible. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Answered all my questions and helped me with making the most of my insurance coverage. Dr. Tran was very knowledgeable with an excellent bedside manner. She explained specific parts of my eye health and what I needed to look out for (no pun intended). 110% recommend!

Selena, the technician, was kind, gentle, and very professional. She set the tone for a smooth and stress-free visit. It had been a while since my last eye exam, so I was a little nervous going in, but the team at Quad Optometry made the whole experience so easy and comforting. Dr Tran and Dippi at Quad Optometry were wonderful! I just saw Dr Tran for the first time yesterday for my yearly eye exam. She was very knowledgable, kind, and efficient. She even took the time to review the imaging with me that they took of my eyes so I could see and understand my eye health. I would 100% recommend Quad Optometry and will return next year :)

I've been seeing Dr. Tran at Quad Optometry inside Costco Natomas for over two years, and she has been nothing short of phenomenal. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely passionate--not just about the science of optometry, but about making sure her patients have the best vision and long-term eye health possible. Every appointment feels thorough, unrushed, and truly centered on my needs. Her assistant, Dippi, is also wonderful--professional, friendly, and always attentive. I had an eye exam with Dr. Lee for the first time today. I found him to be very friendly and efficient. He was able to get my prescription down to 20/20 which surprised both of us. I was able to use my VSP Insurance provided by my Alignment Sutter Advantage Medicare plan. Friendly staff and high quality eye care gives Quad Optometry my 5 Star rating.

Doctor and staff are professional and kind. Doctor Aaron is exceptional in his work. He has seen two of my children and on both occasions he was thorough and as a parent I am much more confident in his exams then I have been before with other previous providers. He does wonderfullly with anxious kids, too. I will continue to bring the family here. Thanks Dr. Aaron and staff!
