New patient.
Dr. Jones walked in, didn't introduce himself, quickly looked at my eyes decided to dilate me more and walked out again for another 30mins.. he was over booked. My appointment was at 12:30pm waited 2 and a half hours before I saw him.
Felt rushed. In a spam of 3 weeks my eyes went from functioning perfectly 20:20 vision to worsening in such a short amount of time.
He concluded it was part of aging and quickly dismissed me. If you want dedicated 1:1 time I suggest booking with someone else. I'm sure he means well, just over booked and over worked.

Unbelievable! I just completed my 2nd cataract surgery with Dr Jones and everything again was fantastic. From the staff to the actual procedure was amazing. Very quick procedure and you don't feel any discomfort whatsoever. I'm seeing great and no pain at all. You should consider Dr. Jones for your surgery you won't be disappointed!

I had cataract surgery yesterday on my left eye with Dr Jones using the standard procedure. I was so happy to see so well out of my eye! I had 20/20 vision! Everything was clear and crisp and the colors were bright and beautiful! Dr Jones is wonderful! He explained everything to me to my understanding and put me at ease. I felt like he made me know what I should expect . He is open and honest. I am trusting him with my right eye in a couple of months. The staff at the surgery center were wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better team!

I just completed my second cataract surgery by Dr. Jones. Very hard to imagine how the process could have gone any better. Everyone at his office and the Sutter Health Capitol City Surgery Center we're very professional and extremely efficient. Most importantly, the improvement in my vision is truly remarkable with colors far more vibrant and the ability to read street signs more clearly at a greater distance. I did my due diligence on Dr Jones and he did not disappoint. I give Dr. Richard Jones and the SHCC Surgery Center my highest recommendation.

My first eye surgery for cataracts on my right eye was in September 2019, my vision was really bad before the surgery but nearly perfect now. My second surgery for cataracts on my left eye was in December 2019 and I have the same results nearly perfect. Dr. Jones took the time to explain what the process was going to be he made me feel very at ease. If your thinking of having this surgery I suggest calling and scheduling your appointment with Dr. Jones, you won't be disappointed.
