Dr. Soo Jin Noh was great and really worked with my schedule to accommodate not being able to come back for a while as I don't live in the area. She was able to get me in the very next day to follow up with my contacts. The appt was quick and smooth - I would definitely recommend this group. The front desk staff was helpful and answered all my questions. Darren was super helpful in finding glasses that fit my face well. Overall, great experience from check-in to check-out.

At my age, regular checkups are essential, so I came for a comprehensive eye exam. The optometrist checked for everything, including cataracts and glaucoma, and explained the results clearly. The glasses I ordered fit perfectly and were affordable compared to other clinics I've tried. The service quality was top-notch, and I feel safe in their care.

The staff here scratched my glasses when handling them during an eye appointment. These scratches were not on my glasses before the appointment and I wear them to work every single day. The scratches were large deep scratches (not minor surface level scratches) on the inside of the lenses and directly in the middle of my line of sight, causing everything to appear blurry. This renders the glasses completely useless. When I brought this to their attention, I was told that the ONLY resolution they could offer me was a FIFTEEN PERCENT DISCOUNT if I purchased a new pair of glasses from them. I am a physician, so I know the importance of honesty and integrity in medicine, and this response shows that this establishment completely lacks basic integrity. If they had integrity they would have replaced the lenses. They do not care about their patients and are only after your money. A sad excuse for a healthcare establishment and honestly an embarrassment to the optometrists that work here. Me and my family will never be returning to this business again and I recommend you stay away as well. Horrible customer service experience.

I used to go to this office until recently when I tried to book an appointment and they told me they have no record of me ever being a customer because they switched databases. I also attempted to call them at their listed number and it is an automated AI service that requires my date of birth before they will assist me. (A date they no longer have on file for me, mind you.) Their customer service seems to have tanked after the pandemic and I will be looking elsewhere.
