Dr. Shergill saw us for an optometric emergency even though we were not patients of record. I called off hours and Dr. Shergill followed up promptly to get us scheduled and seen on the same day within a couple hours. Without her intervention we would have had to gone into the ER and waited hours and possibly not get peace of mind. The cost for timely care was also reasonable and fair. She was thorough and provided the appropriate follow up care.
