Recently came here for an eye exam since it has been a few years for me. I must say I am very happy with the results. I was given a very different prescription, one like I have never had. It was for up close rather than to help me see far away. It has made a tremendous different and I wanted to thank this doctor!! It has really helped me in the small mistakes as work like transposing numbers and letters. My eye site is not horrible without but things are just a little more sharp, a little more clear and it has helped a lot at work, so thank you!

I needed a couple of minor repairs on two of my eyeglasses and found this shop in Loehmann's Plaza Shopping Center, Munroe and Fair Oaks Blvd in East Sacramento. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by a cheerful young woman who immediately went to work. I needed hinge screws tightened on one pair and nose pads replaced on the other. In no time she was done and sent me on my way with no charge! Unbelievable! Of course I thanked her profusely, she was amazingly helpful and polite. Site For Sore Eyes also does eye exams and sells new glasses at what I consider to be reasonable prices. I'm glad I found them and will continue to patronize this business.

I had a great experience going there with my parents for our eye exams. Dr. Sappal is a friendly and knowledgeable optometrist. The entire staff is very good and helpful in suggesting the ideal glasses for us. I highly suggest this location.

Wonderful customer service! Anesthetically pleasing, cute, cleanly, and comfy. I had to do a double take when I first walked in, because I thought I was going into a salon walking in! They were all sweet to my little one who had to tag along today. I got in quick, the necessary tests were also quick and done with ease. The optometrist was professional, informative, helpful and friendly as well. Special thank you to Brianna for making the experience in picking my special pairs of glasses' fun, pleasantly honest, patient, and also for allowing my daughter to be apart of the process. I had lots of options to pick from in choosing my optometrist, and I was immediately drawn to the creativity of calling this facility, "Site for Sore Eyes." My thought was it sounds modern, and it was in the best of ways! I am excited to get my pair of customized frames and its upgrades that will make me excited to wear my glasses for every occasion! :) Highly recommend from a happy patient & customer!

I had a great experience in the past when I purchased my glasses approximately 1 year ago. However, I had an additional wonderful experience this past Saturday when I significantly bent the nose pieces of my glasses. Showing up 2 minutes before closing, I received excellent help without any hesitation. I will be back for another pair. Thank you.
