I had the best experience with this eye doctor. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted by a cheerful and enthusiastic gentleman. Despite being the only staff member present, he efficiently managed to assist three customers simultaneously. He was friendly, welcoming, and highly respectful of everyone's time.
The doctor was incredibly nice, engaging in conversation while conducting the exam with utmost professionalism.
She answered all my questions and attentively listened to my needs.
The other gentleman who assisted me during the checkout process was very informative and helpful.
This store came highly recommended by a close friend, and everything they said about the staff and the cleanliness of the store was absolutely true.

Dr. Switzer is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and have patience to explain things and answer all the questions. The techs and associates are wonderful and helpful all the time. This was my first time to try contact lenses, and I am glad they provided training and were patient enough. Although they have all the branded frames, there could be more variety added as to what I noticed at other locations.
