I came into Visionworks with my boyfriend and we were kindly greeted at the door by staff members. One of the staff members, Kim, showed us the different sections of the store. She was so helpful and even showed me which frame shape was better for my face! Everyone including Eric was so incredibly professional. The wait for my boyfriend's exam was super fast. During the checkout part of our experience Kim also showed me a simulation of how the different lenses would benefit me. Our overall experience was so amazing.

This was my first time here and the staff made me feel very welcomed. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain my vision in detail. She even showed me the digital images of my eye and retina scans, walking me through what they meant--something no other eye doctor has ever done for me before. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience comfortable. I highly recommend this place!
