Yes, Mr. A NH Yang did an excellent job. I broke my glasses. He was there to fix it. I'm on a trip. I was panicking about getting my glasses, and he calmed me down and he made my day much better. He's a wonderful man. You guys need to pay him more money. You don't pay him enough. Thank you very much.

Unfortunately, my experience with Walmart Vision has been extremely disappointing. We went to a Walmart Vision Center because our local Walmart doesn't have one. After the eye exam and purchasing the glasses, we asked if they could ship them to another Walmart in Napa. They agreed, but never followed through. Now the glasses are stuck in Sacramento, and after a poor customer service call, I have to pick them up myself. It's a really frustrating experience, and I hope they improve their service.

Worst customer service . The store says closing time is 6pm and the staff was quickly closing at 5:30 pm SERIOUSLY !! She acted as if she's doing a social service . I SPENT $900 BTW. I was given the specs that I ordered and I asked for the cleaning cloth that comes along with the specs , and they did not give me that . She said it doesn't come along with the cleaning cloth . SERIOUSLY $900 spent on specs - THEY DONT GIVE CLEANING CLOTH. I WANT MY CLEANING CLOTH FOR MY 3 SPECS . DO SOMETHING. DONT COME HERE TO BUY SPECS . BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had accidentally broken off the nose pads off of my glasses and went in to buy a kit to fix them. Anh helped me by identifying the nose pads I needed and even installed them onto my glasses, instead of buying a whole repair kit I only had to buy the $3 nose pad replacements! He even cleaned my lens for me!
