I have to leave 5 star review for this Vision Center. My glasses were broken on Tuesday, I called for an eye exam appoitment since my presciption was expired. The representative knew about my situation and tried to look up the schedule carefully to make sure I had the earliest appointment. Therefore, I had one on Thurday the same week.
I met with the optometrist there, she was so kind and gentle. She spent time testing my eyes step by step, talked to me sincerely about my eye conditions. After that, I was assisted how to have my new glasses done with so much helps and informations from the staff at Vision Center. She also took note about my urgent need for a new pair of glasses and hopefully had them done around the begining of the next week. However, 2 days later, I got a text message saying my glasses were ready to pick up. It was just Saturday. I was so surprised and relief, everything was done super fast and professional.
I will surely come back again when needed and obviously recommend this place.
