Spoke to receptionist over the phone. Was told that she could not run my daughter's insurance over the phone and that I must be present due to fraud. I come in to the office and the door is locked with patients inside. There was nobody at front desk to let me in. I drove down here for nothing. I'm a full time single parent who is short on PTO and I can't even schedule an appointment for my child over the phone. Don't even waste your time!
