I am not a local to Salinas, so I looked up where I could get my eyeglasses fixed and LensCrafters at Northridge mall showed up. I took my glasses to Julie and she fixed them immediately. She was very kind and thorough in everything and I truly appreciated her help. Amazing experience, was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Julie !!

This place has good service and the manager there is wonderful, but I had a bad experience with my refund process. I was excited for my new pair of glasses but they called me saying I needed to restyle. Which for me was absurd. I asked instead for a refund and It sucks that it takes one day for them to charge, but when it comes for them to refund.... It has been more than 3 weeks and I have not yet been refunded. I've had to be going back and forth trying for them to refund me yet I've received nothing. After this experience, I'm never going back there again and I hope I can get my money back before the end of this week. Update: it has been over a month and have not yet received my refund. Like I said it's truly disgraceful because they are so quick to charge you, yet can't help with a refund. Second update: made a bank claim for the refund that they never gave to me and they disclosed it. Now it's been 2 months and no refund. We're not talking about $10 or $20. It's literally hundreds that they charge and I bet they will give me back my refund because I will fight for my money back! but I bet they won't be able to give me something that can recompense me for the MAJOR inconvenience this has been.

The team there are amazing! The explained how my insurance worked and took the time to really meet my needs! That same day I had my eye exam and got my glasses! Doctor is very knowledgeable and staff is super friendly and kind! I 100% recommend!

Very happy with my experience here. Whole thing took maybe 30 min. I was here to replace a lost pair. Everyone jumped in to help, finding my prescription and showing me they still had the model I bought before. I chose another. I loved the staff. I think the whole industry needs to make plastic frames (everything is plastic now) fitted with nose pads! Only 3 total glasses had those. You are missing a whole market of people who need their nose pads because they are not Caucasian. Think about it. You could revolutionize your market if you could meet that need. Millions of us.

Was as quick as can be, and was out in a timely manner! I didn't feel rushed, and the employees were really nice and helpful. Joy, who was helping me pick out some glasses, was really great to work with. I appreciated how she was patient and worked with me until we found a pair that fit me.

Denise was extremely helpful with finding the best glasses for my prescription and the shape of my face.
