Even though they didn't have the specific part needed to fix my glasses, they still took the time to check them out and do what they could. We went in to have my friend's glasses repaired, since one of the nose pieces fell off. Guy went into the back & not only replaced the missing nose piece, but also tightened the glasses since the arms were wobbly. We didn't even ask him to do that! My friend said that her glasses fit even better than before! Super friendly & honest staff - highly recommend! :)

SPECTACULAR service - from Dr. Lam's very professional and meticulously thorough eye exam, to Ilian's beautiful customer service and keen eye for details - they genuinely care about their customers, and I am so glad I found them! If I could give them 6-stars I would! A hidden gem and an excellent spot to get all of your optometric needs met. Highly, HIGHLY recommend! *EDIT: Received my glasses today - took a little less than a week and they are stunning! Nate assisted me this time and he was extremely patient and insightful! Apparently they also do adjustments, so I definitely will be taking my sunglasses for re-adjustment/overall maintenance next time! Thanks again, Site for Sore Eyes!

The young people were great. The Doctor was sullen if not rude. Didn't want to take time to be sure the vision was correct. In short, the glasses are not correct. I'll just call it a loss.
