Great customer service! Excellent quality frames. The optometrist here Dr Nina Margolis is very skilled. Best optometrist and shop to get frames! Wonderful staff and Frank was super helpful in choosing frames.

Phenomenal eyewear shop. Selection is amazing, and I love getting their help in choosing frames, they are wizards! Frank the owner and staff are genuinely kind and dedicated to helping customers. This place rocks.

Best customer service out there! Frank truly goes above and beyond. He helped me get a pair of glasses remade at no cost--even though I hadn't purchased them from him. I was originally told I was out of luck because it was past the return period, but Frank took care of everything. I can't say enough good things about Wink and their entire staff.

50 years of wearing glasses and this was the best eye exam I've ever experienced and they provided a better style frame than Oliver Peoples. Nina and Frank are pros and an honorable mention to Patrick. Worth the drive from SF!

Dropped by to get my vintage '06 Oakley sunglasses fixed. I was impressed by how well they knew their glasses. They fixed them on the spot, with a smile, while I browsed their classy collection of frames. Great spot.

This place is BY FAR the best optic/sunglass store Marin has to offer!!!!!! (And it's not even close). The knowledge, kindness, and hospitality of this business, are 2nd to none! I had a pair of RAEN glasses that I had broke and held on too for the past 3 years hoping someone could repair them because the company no longer made this version of them. I had been told by 3 different optic stores that they were, "unrepairable" and to start looking for a new pair. I was just about to finally throw them in the can when I thought I would try one last store, WINK OPTICS! When I arrived I was fully expecting to hear the same thing again, but to my surprise, Frank and Sammy pumped the brakes and said "let us have a look", I had no expectations of them being able to repair them because I had been told it couldn't be done so many times, I just thought I would give it another shot. When I came back into the store and my beauties were sitting right there, looking brand spanking new I was overcome with so much joy!!!! Smiling ear to ear I couldn't believe it!!! They brought my favorite pair of shades BACK TO LIFE! And to top it off they cleaned my other pair while they repaired my old pair and readjusted them for me! They were so kind, so knowledgeable, and make you feel right at home. THIS is the type of BUSINESS YOU WANT TO SUPPORT! Absolutely LOVE these guys!!!!!!

I do not do reviews very often. However, a review for Wink Optics in San Anselmo is one I must do. If I could give more than a five-star review I would. Their staff that I have worked with, Patrick and Jenny go over and above a service of excellence. Patrick provides a wealth of knowledge in his field of expertise as an optician. Patrick has helped me choose glasses and specific prescriptions for specialized needs of my activities of hiking, sailing and reading. His patience with my numerous questions was appreciated. I always enjoy going into Wink Optics in San Anselmo because I know I will be greeted with a smile and eagerness to help. The frame selections at Wink Optics are current and offer many sizes and options. Thank you again everyone at Wink for your kindness, patience, knowledge and professionalism. I will be back!
