I have gotten glasses from this place have order twice and paid twice 500 . Something dollars I wouldn't be complaining because after all some of the people there are nice and considerate but then there are rude and disrespectful people there anyways I paid for glasses. one reading ,one sun glasses and one for distance well the one for distance is the one I need most. well I took to have them replace the frame they put same lenses but the frame has broke again in same place same eye . since I have a strong percription the have me get the poly lense which is thinner lenses well if my frame didn't break because I believe it was still to big for that frame the lab should have fixed it . But since the just put lenses in my frame, the lense that fell out is scratched and required for a new lense they want me to pay another 60 dollars for the thinner lenses. when I went for the second time for frame to be fix the receptionist was probly thinking I was trying to get another new frame and lense or something cause she told me I couldn't pick another frame out which I wasn't out for another frame just want what I had paid for in first time to be fix right but yet all they want is more money when it should have been done right from beginning I shouldn't have have to take back at all . That's my opinion. But after I receive my glasses I won't be returning to this eye doctors anymore .
