I really like the staff here. They are very friendly, helpful, and willing to answer any questions or concerns. You may have attend to you in a timely fashion or very organized polite. I love this place. It's the only place I come for my appointment.very prompt

The doctor and staff were very professional and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The doctor explained everything clearly and even recommended some vitamins to help with my eye health. I had a great experience.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this private practice. After paying, I was unable to get my calls returned despite multiple attempts. I also requested a refund and did not receive a response. Lack of communication in a healthcare setting is concerning. My daughter was getting headaches everyday without her glasses. I would recommend not coming here.

Brought my son here, he had a great experience, Doctor helped him understand his eye sight condition. The process of choosing his new pair of glasses was easy, and got them within 4 weeks. The facility is clean and the receptionist is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for your eye care advice.

I cannot begin to to figure out how to describe my experience with this office but let me tell you, I am SEETHING right now! My work schedule changed at the last minute and I called the day before my appointment to reschedule and I got a new appointment two weeks out. I end up having to work that day as well but because my daughter really needed glasses I left work 4.5 hours early to drive from Riverside to make this appointment. I get to the office at 2:54 with a 3:00 PM appointment and the guy at the front desk, Mr. Go Rams!, tells me that not only did our appointment NOT get rescheduled, but it has us marked as a no show. I ask him, politely, if there's anything that he can do because I left work early to get to this appointment and he's like, "Yeah, no, sorry." In the most condescending tone. Let me be clear, there were NO PATIENTS THERE! It was like hearing crickets. One would think that he could at least ask the doctor or something. He didn't even offer to schedule a new appointment for us. I'm usually pretty understanding but this guy was so nonchalantly arrogant and made no attempt to hide that he didn't give a rats tushy about me missing work or trying to help me. He was just lazy. This office lacks professionalism, customer service, hospitality and integrity. I'm 90% sure he's the one who I spoke with to reschedule in the first place so I'm also pretty sure he is too cocky to admit that he messed up and or be man enough to fix it!

I was just there today for the first time and wow, I will never go anywhere else. Everyone was so kind and helpful! I have never experienced this type of customer attention anywhere else. You can tell everyone loves what they do here! So happy to have found such a great place!

Came in for new glasses got a daily pair and a spare for 120. Shout out to Augie for the amazing customer service. Great experience all together. Will definitely be back for my next pair.

Walked in and asked for Augie based on recommendations. My sunglasses had come to me crooked and with a missing piece. Augie adjusted them to work, even without the missing piece. He was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. The office was really clean with plenty of space to wait while the adjustment took place. The receptionist and other staff member were also very friendly.
