I had such a wonderful experience at this optometry office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and very professional. The entire team made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cared about my eye health. The level of care and attention to detail was impressive, and the service was absolutely spectacular from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, the office was clean and organized, and everyone went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and a positive experience!

First of all I must say I had been a patient of Dr. Kiyan for 14yrs. The new transition is the same. From the office team's outstanding professionalism and politeness . I was accommodated for my appointment along with my sister. Dr. Tran in such and amazing doctor took the time to answer my questions and concerns. Amazing Service! Came in for an appointment with Dr. Tran for new glasses. she and her team got us through quick and easy and she even was able to do a walk in eye exam for my partner right after. we both got amazing help finding our pair of frames. thanks to Tina, Josh, and sherlyn!

I must admit I was nervous about my appointment, BUT the staff and the Doctor were absolutely personable and professional. My anxiety level disappeared. I'm grateful for how the doctor explained my results and answered my questions without issue. Kuddos to them. I definitely recommend to others.

The doctor is ok, aloof and doesn't seem to listen along with his staff, upon getting a prescription for glaucoma for a serious eye injury, I've called them over 4 times to have it sent to my pharmacy and each time, they give me the run around. I give them my pharmacy name and they start all over again. So disappointing, not sure how this place is decently rated at all!!! It's been over a week and I still don't have my prescription sent. Going to another ophthalmologist tomorrow for a second opinion. This is unacceptable and I don't trust them.

Great experience with the Specialist, excellent doctor! Made an appointment for an eye exam a few weeks later in their regular office thinking I would get the same great service, but that wasn't the case. The doctor was great, but the front office staff was awful. I walked up to the counter and the person didn't even look up of speak. So rude. Another young lady ended up signing me in. What happened to having a staff that greets their customers and give quality service? They need to learn from the Specialist staff how to treat their customers!

It was a blessing choosing to go over there. The front office received me right away. The nurse and doctor were excellent and kind. I really appreciate the way I was received. I recommend all to choose them in the future. Amen thank you.

Dr. Huang is OUTSTANDING EXCELLENT eye care and Proffesionall Service !!! I had an eye issue called Dr. Huang's office explained to the attentive receptionist and within minutes gave me an appointment to be come in. Not waiting for weeks like other Dr.offices. Dr. Huang was kind professional and sooo knowledgable explaining step by step about your care. You can not go wrong chosing Dr. HUANG #1 eye doctor in IE in SO. CAL. !!!
