Went in and had an eye surgery done I surgery was fine. Went in for my glasses the prescription was wrong all I saw was blurry they insisted I try them out for the weekend I did nothing changed brought them back took them quite some time before I got them back with adjustments made to the prescription still blurry but not as bad told them this while I was sitting in the office with them they insisted again that I take them home and try them out in different situations I did this still no change prescription is off cannot use the glasses go in to have them fixed once again I was told I had them too long so they're not going to do them for free they will cover them under warranty they made me wait two and a half months to come back in for another eye check to make sure the prescription was going to be right now they tell me they're going to charge me once again then the lady lied to me and said that I have already had my glasses fixed and repaired twice and I have not they are liars and thieves I would not recommend anything from them

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Doctor Gregory is fantastic. He is very patient and will answer all your questions. The wait time was short and the waiting room is very comfortable! I'm very happy I found such a good specialist in San Bernardino. I would recommend this office.

My husband had a cornea transplant back in 2017 with a different Ophthalmologist. Recently his insurance changed so (due to fact) he had to be seen by cal. eye specialist and let me just say; it was the worst experience for him. First we had to call twice to get him in as an emergency appointment due to a stitch popping from the cornea. The first time I called the San Bernardino office they told me the first available appointment was at the end of August. Then I called the Redlands office and thank god they were able to arrange getting him in with the San Bernardino office at 1pm on same day. But then... Second, once he was at the office at 1pm, he wasn't seen until 2:30pm. Then when the tech was putting in the drops in his eye, they didn't due a good job because when they did the measurement my husband could feel the instrument they used, pocking! which made it even more difficult for him to open his eye. Third when the Dr. finally came in to see him, the Dr. stated, in fact, it was a stitch, she could try to take it out but while doing so, my husband could feel everything!!! He suggested adding additional numbing drops because they didn't do it right the first time and the Dr. said no. Instead she gave him the lame excuse that she didn't have the correct equipment to take out the stitch and he would have to go to the Redlands office on Thursday evening!!! gave him an RX for antibiotics and send him on his way home with the stitch still in his EYE!!!!! Does that make sense????? I cant believe Regal Medical Group only have them as Ophthalmology specialist!!!!

Updated review 02/18 I had my first follow-up appt. Nice staff knew there stuff. Dr. Gregory good man. Even the cafe staff where friendly. The staff knows there profession. Dr. Anthony Gregory is my sergion he understanding of the patients needs insurance paper work. Willing to help., and excellent surgion. I saw him the day after surgery this last Friday in Redlands. All is going as planned. God has blessed him and his staff. I recomend him to all patients needing catract surgery. God bless all that read this review. omg! Went to revisit Dr. Leight regarding dry eyes. She prescribed me some eyedrops my insurance company won't pay for. 3 days now we can't get ahold of the doctor to change to a comparable brand. They don't read the pharmacy fax and rude staff won't give doctor my message . Staff too busy to care

Very unprofessional. Setting appointments then giving up those spots without notifying the patients, setting appointments then saying the insurance is no longer accepted ! The receptionist is clueless , ans had a unprofessional phone manner , and not knowledgeable on medical Insurance practices. Steer clear from this office go somewhere else.

Both, me and my husband, went in today for our appointment with Dr. Priscilla Luke. Very professional, clean and beautiful ambiance. Definitely recommend. We're coming back soon.

The wait time is short and they have spacious waiting room and looks nice inside
