INLAND EMPIRE OPTOMETRY

Im only giving them 1 start because im being nice , worse horrible place ever my husband was waiting for his glasses for 3 months and all they would say they were taking long because there made from a prison. We had to call iehp to see if they can help him rush the process and they said in a week ! Finally we called on a Saturday to see if they can give us his prescription and they said his glasses were there and no one called him . We were lucky someone answer the phone and she was nice enough to let us go and get his glasses. Worse place ever the girls working there are so lazy even to email Him his prescription they never did ! I went somewhere else and got my glasses in 2 weeks ! This place sucks and he waited 2 hours just to get seen the first time

The man who gave me my glasses was not welcoming and I felt rushed during the process. Also, it would have been nice to know ahead of time that your new glasses you end up waiting weeks for, DO NOT come with a case. In fact, they give them to you in this clear plastic bag. I asked the man who handed them to me "why don't they come in a case?" He seemed annoyed and his response was "we don't have any." I will never be returning to this place ever again. I don't recommend it AT ALL. It's smells and they still make you wait an LONG time even if you have an appointment. I'm not one to write bad comments, but to have terrible back to back visits definitely made me want to voice my opinion.

Ive Been Coming Here For Years with mu kids!! The delay of g Eye glass pick up is related to your insurance company. In the beginning I felt that way until it was explained By different insurance companies selects where to get Our Glasses made from. I waited in beginning months for glasses, but as I switched jobs and insurances I get Our Glasses with 1-2 weeks. When it's business sometimes the ladies get a fustrated and have to inform them the day is almost over!! I gave 4 starts because they don't take my new insurance

Terrible never answer there phone and never received my glasses paid for in full. Ordered some the same day from Walmart got them back right away

Unless you want to wait months to get your glasses then come here. It's about to be 3 months & still no glasses. I've called every other week and still no answer as to when my glasses will arrive. Never coming back here.

Inland Empire Optometry, is a very rude establishment. They treat their customers very rudely, They are extremely slow and unprofessional including the owner!!!

This place is trash! Trust the reviews.... Don't come here

Don't go here the staff there seem disorganized disoriented maybe even demented as well very rude loosing things and information of the patients my mother was waiting 3 hours! And was there after 6pm I feel horrible for making her appointment there!
