Inland Empire Optometry: Klein William A OD

My grandson has ADHD and dyslexia so when he went to the optometrist and was told he needs to wear glasses I called the office simply to ask what type of eye exams were done to determine he needs glasses. I am totally not familiar at all about how the whole exam process works and I wanted to make sure that this determination was not made because he could not read letters as he sees everything backward or upside down. The receptionist and Dr. Adams were very very rude to me because I wanted to know this information to make sure he really does needs glasses. I have been going to the original Dr. Klein since I was a kid and have taken my children and grandchildren to this facility. It's a shame how commercialized it's become. I was made to feel as thought I was bothering them and wasting their time. I won't be bringing my kids back here again.

I would not recommend this place it use to be good but I been waiting over a year for my glasses and they had me do another eye exam and still haven't got them something ain't right and I didn't want to give them one star but I had to SMH!!

Usually pleasant experience and courteous staff Dr. Klein is very helpful. Would definitely recommend to friends...***1/2
