I have been seeing Dr. Kiyan for about 25 years and he is great. I have never had anything but kindness from his staff. I get in and out with no issues. I once showed up on a day that I did not have an appointment, though I did, and his staff asked if I would like to see him that day and she would find a slot for me. They provide excellent service.

This is by far the worst experience I've had at an optometrist. Let me tell you first of all Dr Kiyan is great, very friendly and caring. His staff however is another story I ordered 2 pairs of glasses one regular and the other sunglasses It began when I was told that my sunglasses would take longer than normal to arrive because they would have to ship the display frames to the lab to get the lenses placed instead of giving me new frames. Something I was not happy about. When I finally got my sunglasses the frame was defective so now they had to order me a new but not by choice. At the same time I picked up my regular glasses and when I ordered I requested a black frame which I was told was available. However they ordered it wrong and gave me the original color. When one of the girls asked the other one if I asked for a different color she denied it basically calling me a liar. So today my this morning a screw fell of on my glasses and I go to get them fixed and when I arrived the girl at the counter asked if I am there for my new frames I told her that no one called me. She went ahead and placed my Lenses on my sunglasses and fir my regular glasses. However after I inspected my sunglasses carefully I noticed that she did not do it correctly now I have to go back once again to get them fixed. And I am still waiting for my other frames.

i have been seeing dr kiyan for many years. I also worked for him in my early 20's when he was with LIviachi. I highly recommend him and his staff for any optical need or concern. MY entire family sees him. He also works with the VA.

Been seeing Dr. Kiyan for 15 years. He's the best optometrist in the Inland Empire. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.

Always kind and listens to all questions/problems like he really cares. Gals upfront are great too!
