The receptionist acknowledged and greeted me in a very friendly and professional manner. Dr. Luke's assistant was amazing. He explained everything in detail on what he was going to do. Very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed on how he cleaned and disinfected the machines and areas where he examined my eyes. As for Dr. Luke, I literally was in the room with her for 3 mins and 20sec. It was quick. I had several questions to ask her but she was in a hurry to see her next patient. As I was leaving the office I had to stop her in the hallway to ask her a question. When I arrived home, I had to call the office again because I had more questions. I wish Dr. Luke could have been a little more attentive and courteous. Overall it was a good experience.

Dr Luke is a very caring and compassionate physycian. She always takes the time to examine you and then to explain to you her findings and her plan of treatment. The very first time I saw her I was having severe eye pain and she was quick to diagnose what was wrong with me and performed the necessary procedure to relieve me of the pain. I have full confidence on Dr Luke and strongly recommends her for your eye problem. She is the best!

Dr Luke did my left eye surgery and it was a very pleasant experience! So I went back to her to do my right eye and I should get it scheduled fairly soon. Dr Luke is a very pleasant, knowledgeable doctor that I would highly recommend her to anyone needing eye surgery!!

Truly amazing and amazing staff everybody was so very polite helpful and knowledgeable and treated everybody with respect and care I had the most wonderful experience at a doctors visit in a long time and I'm always at doctors offices because I have a brain tumor and back problems... it was a pleasure to be there and I wanted to say thank you to the doctor and her entire staff

She examined so quickly, she never talked what going on with me. She just disappeared. Still I don't know how I am doing. In my next visit I don't want her.

Great staff in the San Bernardino office!! Clean office and front desk receptionist are very helpful!! Dr. Luke is attentive and thorough!!
