I have been a patient nearly 30 years and I was not told prior to my exam that VSP was no longer accepted and that Total Vision was dropped by VSP. The problem here is Total Vision is garbage and this practice was way better when it was not with TV. I love Dr Patrick and am sad I won't still have him as my Dr but I will not return to a company that doesn't value its patients. Had I been told ahead of time I would have saved myself a 2 hour drive and a lot of anger. It's is shady to not tell a patient at the time of making their appointment. This was a money grab pure and simple and it makes sense why VSP dropped TV and now I have too.

I've been to at least 5 different doctor's offices and spent almost every week this year in physical therapy. I found my time spent with the people at Griffin Optometric to be the best medical experience of them all. All my other doctor visits were not bad at all. I have very caring doctors. But Griffin Optometric is such an outstanding place, it stands above other excellent doctor appointment experiences. It was simple to make the appointment, without listening to a long recording or pushing lots of buttons. They rescheduled my appointment at the time of the appointment without any complaint that I needed to reschedule at the last moment. And when I arrived, Dr. Patrick Griffin and those who support him, took the time to listen to me as I shared recent life events that might affect my eyesight. Many questions they asked I wouldn't have thought could impact my eyes. Picking out my glasses was a fun experience due to the wonderful staff there and their knowledge, opinions, and experience in helping others. I only wish every doctor's office provided such warm individual time and attention. I recommend Griffin Optometric with great confidence.

This is by far the best optometrist experience I've had (and I've seen doctors in multiple cities and states). Dr. Patrick Griffin and his staff - Jim, Christine and Helen - were absolutely incredible and welcomed me like family. I felt taken care of from start to finish. This group knows how to take care of customers and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I've taken my 88 year old Mother to Dr. Lucy at Griffin Optometric twice and it has been such a wonderful experience. The staff is kind and gentle with her and they explain everything they are doing so as to make her very comfortable. My own experience has been very professional and fun and Dr. Lucy always takes time with us, and answers all of our question and makes suggestions to make both of us comfortable and well taken care of. We leave there with a great choice of cute glasses for me and suggestions for my Mother to have a comfortable treatment of her eyes who otherwise would not know what to do for her eyes that have been bothering her prior to visiting Dr. Lucy. If everyone could try that office just once, they'd never go to another optometrist. It's an overall great experience.

The staff at the front desk is rude and condescending. In addition their service is horrible. Waited two weeks for an appointment then when I arrived informed me that they do not accept my insurance! Don't you think they would have checked when I called to make the appointment?? Go to Costco for routine exams and prescriptions. Something I learned the hard way. I will never be back.

Please do not bring your family here. VERY dishonest. We usually see Dr. Patrick and have had no issues at all with him - he was always wonderful, as is Jim. But on our last visit we saw Dr. Demoss and I am SHOCKED by the level of dishonesty we experienced with her. She looked me in the eye and told me one thing and then when we left she told her staff to do the complete opposite. When I found out what she had done, NOTHING was done to remedy it. An absolute lack of integrity and customer service. When I make a mistake, I bend over backwards trying to make it right. Not so with this office. I was met with a complete lack of understanding or compassion. I will NEVER allow my family to be subjected to this office again and I very much hope you think twice before allowing them to have anything to do with your eye care. A relationship with healthcare providers is built on trust and HONESTY - if that's what you are looking for, you won't find it here.

My husband and I had gone to another local Optometrist for a number of years. We decided to leave for a number of reasons and chose the Griffin Group. Dr. Patrick Griffin worked very closely with my husband to resolve his issues with contact lenses. He just did not give up until the problem was solved. This is the kind of care that makes Dr. Patrick unique.

Dr. Collier and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I had a senior eye exsm.Equipment is modern and state of the art. They take the time to explain everything in your exam.
