First, I was super impressed with Dr. Paul's friendly demeanor. I'm a new patient and Dr. Paul treated me like a dear friend. His staff were super friendly and helped me on the phone to find the office. This office also takes my insurance, which is a big deal. I called on day one and made an appointment for the next day, super quick appointment. First impressions of the location, plenty of parking and the inside of the office, super clean and professional. After filling out some paperwork, Dr. Paul called me in within a few minutes of my appointment. Dr. Paul took his time to answer all my questions and then did a complete and thorough exam, an exam like I have never received before. I would highly recommend Dr. Grant Paul if you're looking for a new Eye Doctor.

Dr Paul is the coolest optometrist I've ever met and he's got swagger! No stuffy white coat for him! He's smart kind experienced relatable generous knowledgeable professional personable and funny! Seemed to really care about my eyes condition. I brought in my old glasses w/both arms broken that i had rigged up with hot glue and elastic strap so they didn't sit too close to my face when worn they are hilarious an absolute mess- (see photo) -and he didn't trip in the least no judgement or weird looks like it was no big deal. He addressed my concerns, took me seriously, & helped me understand. He was great! (Fortunately i never had misfortune of encountering ofc mngr J) instead Olivia was a good sport despite i arrived in a huff and late because gmaps (though they had correct addr) directed me to their office of 2 yrs ago on opposite side of Arrow. At first i blamed the ofc for not warning me that could happen but it's really gmaps fault. They moved two years ago! Before i realized that though, Olivia was still calm collect polite and professional to the end! It was overall a positive and fruitful experience, not to mention the huge blessing i received from Dr Paul's ability to restore my vision. These are good times they are!!! EyeCareOne is a blessing! I absolutely love my new glasses!! The best customer service and friendly staff! a BIG thank you to the office manager, Jennifer, for helping me select a pair of glasses that I love. Dr. Paul is amazing! He's super patient and always makes sure he goes above and beyond during his exams. Highly recommend!!

My husband and I have been loyal patients of Dr. Paul Ganz at Eye Care One in San Dimas for years, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the exceptional care we've received. Dr. Ganz's thoroughness and attention to detail set him apart from other optometrists. Unlike a previous experience I had elsewhere, where I had to return multiple times to correct a prescription, Dr. Ganz ensures that everything is done right the first time. One of the most remarkable aspects of Dr. Ganz's care is his personalized approach. He took the time to understand my specific needs and introduced me to a nighttime prescription that effectively blocks glare--a solution that has been a game-changer for my night driving. Before this, I was apprehensive about driving after dark due to poor visibility, but now I feel confident and safe on the road. The office itself is impeccably clean, and the staff is both friendly and professional. From the moment we walk in, we're greeted with warmth and treated with the utmost respect. It's evident that the entire team at Eye Care One prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ganz to anyone seeking top-notch eye care. His expertise, dedication, and genuine concern for his patients' well-being make him an outstanding optometrist.

Rude office manager named Jennifer has ruined this office. Dr. Paul is a nice guy, quick and efficient. However, this office is run by some of the worst office staff you will ever encounter. There is no reason for the petty and condescending tone they take with customers. My family has been patients of doctor Paul for 10 years, but we are all leaving the office and going elsewhere because is how terrible these office personnel are.

I've been coming here since 1999, so it's about time I left a review. Dr. Mike who is recently retired, was awesome at adjusting my glasses. He knew what he was doing. The new person is also good. Dr. Grant Paul has a very calming effect on me when I get my eyes examined. He is patient, thorough, and kind. He helps relieve my nervousness. I get that way when I have medical appiintments. I've always been happy with the entire staff and the customer service I have received. Great selection of glasses to pick from as well. They have always gone out of their way to work with my different insurance companies I've used over the years. They understand my financial situation and work with me. I have nothing bad to say about them in the whole 20+ years I've been a patient. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Grant Paul was wonderful. I have a muscle issue, double vision, stigmatism.....you name it I have it. He spent so much time with me and worked so hard on getting me the perfect prescription. I can see perfectly now, and haven't had any headaches. I'm so happy I found this eye doctor, and his staff is so pleasant as well. Thank you so much!!!
