It was great last time, smooth and efficient. But as this time, we did online check in as usual, yet we were told to pay $70 copay at site. I told them my kid was under blue shield family plan and showed them summary of benefits saying "no charge". After 30 mins of waiting, receptionist told me their billing confirmed. They should've sorted out that ahead of time. I hope they do better in the future and make the experience smoother.
