My sister purchased 7 boxes of eye drops for OK lenses from this store. When she was using the sixth box, she experienced strong stinging and irritation in her eye. After checking the packaging, we discovered the eye drops were expired for over ONE YEAR.
This is extremely serious, as eyes are very sensitive and important. Selling eye drops that are expired for a full year is unacceptable and unsafe. What's worse, since we bought 7 boxes, we still don't know how many of them are expired.
We contacted the store by phone to resolve the issue. They only agreed to refund ONE box, which is completely unreasonable. During the call, the phone was disconnected, and after that we could not reach them again, nor did the store ever follow up or contact us.
This handling is very unprofessional and irresponsible. I strongly question their product checks and customer service.
Please be careful and avoid this store.

Terrible experience. I took my Lindberg glasses to this shop and was charged $20 for a "replacement" nose pad that was clearly not genuine. The quality is very bad, and the ZEISS lenses scratch incredibly easily. Completely unacceptable. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop.

I'm sure even the most selective customers will find a frame they're happy with. The only reason I didn't give five stars is that the glasses are a bit pricey.
