Dr. Vu is incredible with dry eye care. She doesn't just treat symptoms, she listens, explains everything clearly, and uses her Trifecta treatment setup (IPL, MiBo, and LLLT) in a way that actually makes a noticeable difference. She has a dry eye spa room!
What I love most is how she cares. Her team checks in, follows up, and truly wants you to feel better. You don't feel rushed or dismissed, you feel understood.

Dr. Vu is a knowledgeable and exceptionally caring optometrist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone! I also followed her from her previous practice.
It's rare to meet healthcare professionals that care so deeply about their patients, but Dr. Vu is one of those doctors that will go out of her way to get her patients the best care. One time when I had an unexpected lapse of insurance coverage - and a bad infection in 1 eye (the worst timing) - Dr. Vu called multiple pharmacies to get me the medication at the best price possible.
Recently, I got the dry eye treatment at her practice because my eyes were extremely dry after doing LASIK last year. The treatment itself felt like going to the spa (!!) and was very relaxing and not stressful at all. My eyes already feel so much better after the treatment (and the skin around my eyes looks better and brighter too!)
I absolutely love Dr. Vu, and I'm so grateful to have found her as my optometrist!

First time using this eye clinic. Experience with eye exam was fine. The new glasses were handed without a hard case to hold them. When I asked for a hard case, I was given a huge bulky one with the inner lining falling apart. Didnt make a good first impression.
