Really nice and quick service even with a few other patients there. My whole appointment was 45 minutes, from check in, to the prescreen, then actual exam. Kevin and Teresa were friendly, chill, and efficient at their jobs. Made me feel welcome and cracked some jokes to make me comfortable. Overall great experience especially since I haven't done an eye exam for a long time.

The team here is very efficient and patient on waiting for me to pick out glasses. Very nice people as it took me forever to find some glasses. Dr Bui and Le left no questions unanswered and made me feel comfortable. Very nice Dr's to talk too. Glad I found them!

From the online scheduler and pre-exam form, to the receptionist, intake, exam, and consultation--every step was seamless. Dr. Jennifer N. Le and the team at Drs. Bui & Le Optometry provided clear explanations of procedures, showcased a variety of options across styles, sizes, and pricing, and gave me a clear estimate for pickup. It was an absolute pleasure to be cared for by such a professional and welcoming staff!

I have been coming to Drs. Le and Bui's office for close to 3 years now and I'm glad I found them. The staff is warmhearted and professional. Dr. Le is my usual optometrist but recently a different doctor performed my eye exam. Strangely enough, my vision improved on my last exam and Dr. Annie explained why this may have happened and helped answer my questions. One experience that stood out was when they offered me an optional eye test for about $25-$30. I decided to decline, but the assistant still went ahead and performed the test, likely for their records and to check for any potential medical concerns. I appreciated that extra level of care. On top of that, they even sent me a birthday text, which I thought was a nice personal touch. I've never purchased frames here because my insurance doesn't cover much of it but there's a vast selection of frames in the waiting area.

My experience with them is pretty good. I ordered Meta Gen 2 frame with prescription glasses from them.

The people here are friendly, communicative, polite, and helpful from the moment when I walked in to the time when I met up with the doctor, Jennifer. Kevin and Kaila are awesome professionals. They took time to listen and answer my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. The office is well kept and they have a good (though I'd like to have more choices) selection of glasses for purchase. Doctor and the entire staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly, never rushing through any details. She made sure I understood everything, and I truly appreciated that. The staff were also very friendly, always smiling and making me feel at ease.
