Dr Jennifer and her staff are amazing!! Our family has been with Dr. Jennifer for so many years. She is so good with my kids' eye exams, and she has so much knowledge with ortho k lenses. We also love their frame selection. Definitely will recommend to other families!

However, the eyeglasses I have chosen which was frameless and I had lenses with good options where I ended up paying ~250 out of pocket did not survive a year. . Hence, i give 3 star for Dr 0 star for lenses and frame I got

Dr Hsieh and the staff is awesome! My boys are always so energetic and super curiosity and it has been difficult to bring them out during pandemic. They are super patience and kind to kids, very helpful, detail oriented and my kids short sighted have improvement after the first week wearing ortho-K lenses. I don't think I can find a better doctor than her. I'm super impressed with the service, professionalism and definitely highly recommended it!

The Almaden Family Optometric Center is a wonderful place! When my daughter was 7 years old, we chose Dr. Hsieh, who recommended CRT lenses. Dr. Hsieh is very patient and kind. Now my daughter is 15 years old, and from that point on, her eyesight hasn't gotten worse!
Starting this year, my daughter couldn't fulfill the 6-8 hour requirement needed for the CRT lenses to function. I immediately called the front desk person, Michelle, who immediately communicated with us to schedule an appointment in the afternoon. Now, we are wearing soft contact lenses. Michelle is very considerate to the patient and I thank her and Dr. Hsieh very much for all the care they have provided!
