America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Arrived before 2pm on Wednesday and found the door locked with a sign on the door that everyone took lunch at the same time and will open at 3pm. Website doesn't indicate that they close for lunch. I've been standing outside almost 45mins now. Another customer came quickly before work to pick up glasses and was disappointed as well. If you close for lunch please indicate on your website.

When I took my 88 yr old mother for her exam they were very nice and on time and we got her 2 pair of glasses at 100 bucks and when I couldn't take my mom to adjust they did it without her so thank you Tully Road staff

The receptionists never call when your contacts are ready to be picked up. It's ridiculous and so unprofessional! Only reason why I go there is because they have decent prices!

I wear contacts and it was $109 for the exam that would cover me for 3 years of exams at no additional cost, and I would get a discount on all my purchases! I asked what were the hidden fees or strings attached to that deal, because it sounded too good to be true! To my surprise there was NONE! it truly is an amazing deal! I was sold! Monica set me up for an appointment right away, and squeezed me in that same day! David the doctor's assistant was so detailed and friendly in explaining my eyeballs to me. Dr.Danh is also so kind and friendly. He will be my eyeball expert forever! The store is clean, and the entire staff is friendly. They cleaned all the glasses that I tried on and I felt bad, but they assured me I could try on as many as I wanted. The staff was more then happy to assist me in finding the perfect frames. I felt like I tried on their entire wall, and I felt really bad they had so many to clean after, but they kept telling me "its okay, take your time." I like that they didn't rush me or pressure me to find something quickly. I will definitely be back for more glasses and future exams. I do have 3 years of free exams now. Thank you Monica, David, Dr.Danh and everyone who helped me choose my frames (sorry I didn't get all of your names).

RIP OFF REPORT. DONT GO HERE. Might as well be named America's Worst. Totally false advertising, from the name of the store, to the advertising they present to you when you are choosing what to pay. I came here because the store was offering 2 pairs of glasses and a prescription for glasses for $69.95. Unfortunately, the prescription I got is useless, it's not for my eyes at least. The two pairs of glasses I got don't fit my face. The lenses are crazy huge, like you cannot get fatter lenses. They hurt my eyes just to look through them let alone when I wear the glasses. Omg it's like a different world in there, I have a huge headache after minutes of wearing them. Def cannot drive with them. When I was purchasing them, no one fit the glasses to my head, no one fit the lenses to my eyes. I have never been to a worse glasses store. America's worst. It's in a Vietnamese neighborhood, maybe it's more for the Vietnamese people, but I wasted $70+ including taxes. Never will I use those glasses they gave me. And clearly the prescription is wrong. Useless waste of time and money.

Absolutely the best customer service! From the Dr's to the front staff.

Dr Duy Danh is an amazingly talented doctor. He is very thorough and smart. He takes every effort to make the correct diagnosis. I took my father to him and he explained everything so patiently. He meticulously asked my father's medical history and reviewed the medicines he was taking. He even did an eye dilation and took retinal images. He sanitized the equipments and machines after every use even before his patients entered and notified them of the same. Because of the inexpensive costs, I was apprehensive about the quality of care but he proved me wrong and extended the best care one could ask for. He is a graduate from the prestigious University of California and a terrific optometrist. Now, as a person also, he is absolutely one of the kindest persons I have seen in the country. He is empathetic and respectful. His parents have raised him well. About his office - that was a breeze too. Makayala from America's Best was a wonderful sales rep and she was very good with the billing. All in all, it was great care and a wonderful experience. It can get crowded at time so be sure to make an appointment. I'm yet to receive the glasses but I'm hoping that goes well too like the rest of the experience.
