AV OPTOMETRY/ DR SAUL CEPEDA

This is an easy 5-star. The staff responded to all my questions and frame sample requests with utmost professionalism. The doctor was generous with her time and resources in ensuring that I was 100% satisfied with my glasses.

Viisit doctor for eye exam. I got prescribed for new glasses. Genesis and Daisy are very helpful and professional I even got help in choosing the frame for my new glasses I picked up already. Spacious and organized. Doctor said makes you feel comfortable and definitely knows what he's doing for your eyes. Get my eyes dilated next week! :-)

came in to pick up my eye glasses AFTER it was a week over due, I never got a call saying they are ready to pick up. I called a week after and they said they have been ready. The receptionist could improve. I arrived to pick up my glasses, when i arrived she was on the phone for about 20 mins without acknowledging my presence. The actual optometrist DR, is very nice and knowledgeable

Been going to Dr.Cepeda for 20+ years since I've been a child. He is great and definitely makes sure your eyes are good! Habla Espanol (Him and his whole team) Reception ladies are awesome as well. Turn around for contacts/glasses is like a week or two depends on what day of the week you go. In the heart of the East Side as well, good location, can get tacos or visit Target after.

Staff where friendly and helpful but I got two pairs of glasses one worked just fine till the second week where one of the lenses popped out on it's on tell me why both my glasses have different lens as well it wasn't the same as it was prescribed it's like come on where they where cheaply made one of the glasses popped out more due to have more layers the other one was to big for the lens for almost 300$ you think they would do a better job I'm not an optometrist but at least you think one would know how to prescribe the right glasses instead of having two different types of lenses I wanted to be more optimistic by popping back the lenses everytime they fell but the side piece legit broke just adjusting my glasses no sheer force at all just normal adjusting I was gonna go in but then I taught for 270$ is it worth getting cheaply made glasses so at the time of writting this I'm missing a lens I'm not the one to write negative reviews but this just took the cake

Dr Cepeda is awesome very friendly and he loves his job..his staff is very friendly and helpful and they are always smiling keep up the good work ladies.

I got my glasses and eye exam but I was charged for the services 3 months later -__- they said it was because their machine broke and barely got around to take the funds from the many people who were not charged on time. They didn't decide to tell anyone until AFTER being finally charged. So annoying.

Doctor Cepeda it's really good with kids very nice person.
