This is the 1st time I went there & it was a last minute for a routine eye examination. I was able to get an appointment after drawing blank at quite a few places and so thankful to them. Everything was quick and easy. The Dr told me the state of my vision as it stands now. They emailed me the prescription. Front Desk person was very nice and cordial, I did not buy anything as I had already bought my sunglasses but they had a decent selection. I will surely recommend them for a quick routine exam. Dr. Han L. Duong's office is clean the service is pretty minimal. I went in telling her I need my eye checked by someone that can prove to disability that I'm half blind for me to still work and get the benefits needed. She was short and said that they wouldn't accept disability with 1 eye still working. She doesn't know what she's talking about. Should definitely look into info before just throwing out assumptions. I had to search up the eye doctor for her to refer and she didn't specify which doctor I needed which was an ophthalmologist (found on my own). She didn't tell me that if I go through with getting new glasses and exam with her that would be it for 2 years for my insurance. Smh... I wish she would really listen to what the patient needs over profiting for own needs.

My family and I have been going to this office for a few years now. We get our annual eye exams done here. We also get our glasses from this place. They make bold promises when they are selling stuff to you, but when it comes to servicing what they have sold, it's all empty! My glasses seem to have lost their anti-glare capability quite soon after purchasing. When I reached out to them to have these examined and potentially corrected, they said it's a $50 processing fee for them to check and send these back in case of a manufacturing defect. Mind it that when they were selling me the glasses they said for a year everything is covered, in case of any scratches or any issues I can get free repairs, but now they say if the glasses have any scratch on them then they are not covered for anti-glare! I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY GLASSES HERE!!

Well, they're nice and they do a good job for the most part! I bought some nice frames that happened to be the in-house brand CEE in June. While the frames look great, they get loose pretty easily. I brought them in to get tightened at one point, and that seemed to have worked for about a month. Needless to say, they got loose again and ended up falling off of my face. Bunch of scratches formed from the fall, so I called up ClearSight to see if the glasses were under some sort of warranty. They said no, but the optometrist was nice enough to give me a discount on some new lenses for the frames, since the scratches were due to the frames getting loose. Good customer service!

I had my eye exam here back in December 2017 and got some glasses here as well. They were perfect and I can now drive safely. The Doctor is the best. She is very thorough and caring. Came back today for some new sunglasses and the staff is always so helpful. As usual, the office is very clean, neat and inviting. I like that they have such a good selection of frames. I left today with a new pair of sunglasses. Will be my go to place from now on.

In my opinion, Dr. Han Duong is an Optometrist who does not pay attention, is impatient, and has little knowledge in specialized eye matters. During my recent visit, she and her staff paid more attention to selling additional services and glasses from that place instead of scientific medical diagnosis. Therefore, despite the need to make a prior appointment and commercial advertisements, I do not recommend this Optometrist at all.

This is one of the most beautiful and cozy office in the Bay Area. Huge selection of frames at a reasonable price. The staff is so helpful and attentive. They make an effort to answer all your questions and make sure that you pick the right frame. They have a lot of modern equipment. Dr. Duong is knowledgeable and thorough in her exam. The machine that test your prescription is the first that I've seen. It's automated and very state of the art. I found out that the doctor designed the office herself and handpicked and custom-made everything. You got to check this place out! The attention to detail for the layout and anterior design of the office is amazing!! I love love love all the nice mirrors and the wall behind the reception. I will be coming back mid-may for my sunglasses.

The optometrist herself seemed competent and didnt have any direct issues with her, but her staff is always unaware. Everytime I call they clearly dont know what to say since they keep having to put me on hold for a momenet to obviously consult with the optometrist. Ive literally seen them do this in person too. I wanted a Sat appointment due to their weekday hours conflicting with my new work schedule. The second to last receptionist informed me that they do normally have Sat appointments but not for what I would normally be going in for. Since it was only the beginning portion of the process, they said it would be fine for now. Well unfortunately something came up and I called less then an hour after the appointment, since I was tied up, to reschedule.The most recent receptionist clearly didnt know what to say because she kept trying to schedule for a weekday and I kept saying it had to be a Saturday. So when she said this Saturday is booked, I asked for the following one...She made the uh sound and responded with that's also book. Then I said well when is your next Saturday appointment......and she responded the same way" uh that's also booked" word for word. There is no way she has every future Saturday booked when I had just scheduled that one that same week and the receptionist before informed me they were all open. Clearly she was trying to avoid adding one for Saturday. She could have just been up front that the optometrist or herself didnt want to book that appointment on the weekend instead of being so rude and lying to my face. I had done these on a saturday before. I had gone to this optometrist for years and already was aware of the scheduling issues that I always had to work around when able. I only continue to go since I was comfortable with her and didnt want to restart the whole process. Now Im questioning ever going back since I couldnt schedule anything and her staff seems to be getting worse.
