I had an eye exam and then purchased 5 pairs of glasses over the following month. Smoothest and most cost-effective experience I have ever had with glasses. After 15 years going to Lens Crafter and paying 3x more for worse service, Costco has been great.

Received automated notice that my order was in. Only 1 of 2 had arrived. That pair of eyeglasses was missing the transition lens feature, even though it was clearly on the order. I was told that would be another $57, even though it was their mistake. I strongly recommend that folks obtain their eyewear elsewhere. The pricing was no better than America's Best, multiple trips required to get the eyewear, and Almaden Expressway Costco staff seem to rush people through at an uncomfortable rate.

I ordered my prescription glasses here but they forgot to mark the pupil position so my vision was blurry when I got the glasses so they had to send it back for replacement. The second one had pupil position correct but came with defect on lens that looks like lens was heated for some reason! I'm frustrated with these folks so I'm planning to take glasses for lens for replacement elsewhere and avoid having to wait for having a functional glass for several more weeks.

They literally prescribed me a wrong prescription. After complaining that I wasn't seeing clearly with the prescription, they argued that it was because my eyes were trying to adjust to and then I need to wear it for a week at least. I went to another optometrist Turns out it The prescription was way off! The optometrist was also pretty rude.

I came here to get my glasses because a coworker told me to and said I would get a good price Angel helped me and he was so very nice and took the time to make sure everything was correct. When I came to pick up the glasses Angel helped me again and he was so very nice again. I would recommend that you not come after work around 6 because waiting for my number to be called took about an hour and there is no where to sit down. The glasses cost me only $50 and they are really cute and I have gotten a lot of compliments from patients. Angel is a keeper :)

They take walk ins and were incredibly nice and fast. But one thing to point out is the imaging and such is an extra $40. So take the display pricing and add the $40 for imaging. Super cool pictures though!

I just literally got of the phone with the optometrist office the receptionist has no customer service whatsoever. I wanted to schedule an appointment, but I rather find and optometrist office that will take care of their patients and not push them away.
