Second time visiting this location for my eye exam and I had another great experience. The doctor was very nice and thorough during the exam. The assistant who did the pre-eye tests was also super sweet, helpful, and made the process easy. The girl who helped me pick out my glasses was very friendly and gave me lots of great options to choose from. My glasses arrived within a week and a half and pickup was quick and easy. Definitely satisfied with my visit and would recommend

I've been a Paitent with the Dr Holbert optometrist for almost 20 years , and it's located in Okakridge Mall very very good easy place to go and Dr. Linda KUO is the best. She is super super caring and a nice great attitude and works so hard to write the prescriptions for the insurances that they usually deny it and I really like her and the front desk. Staff are a very nice too. They all deserve 5 star especially Dr. kuo.

My husband and I have been patients at Dr. Holbert's for a few years now, and the experience has consistently been excellent. Their team is always professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
Tracy helped us recently with selecting prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses, and she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about frames, lenses, fit, and insurance details.
The collection at Dr. Holbert's office is always great, but it's the staff who make the biggest difference. We've always felt well taken care of here, and we highly recommend them.

I can't recommend Dr. Holbert & Associates at Oakridge Mall enough!!!! My family and I have been patients for years, and every visit is a pleasure.
Dr. Quo is a phenomenal doctor. She's been managing my eye health for a long time and is always very informative during the exam. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and I'm so thankful for her expertise.
Beyond the doctor, the entire team is amazing. Jamie, the office manager, is superb--she's great with patients, always makes sure you're taken care of, and has a way of putting a smile on your face. And Tracy is exceptionally talented at helping you pick out the perfect frames that not only suit your needs but also make you look fabulous.
The staff's great customer service and attention to detail truly set this office apart. They go above and beyond for their patients! I honestly give this office 6 stars and two thumbs up. Great job, Team Holbert! Keep up the great patient care!
